MASSAGE

Emily says:  "A few years ago, I became a certified yoga teacher.. As my practice and teaching evolved, my interest in anatomy and how the body works grew. I made receiving massage therapy a regular thing after experiencing some tendonitis in my knee and to relieve back pain caused by scoliosis. 
Massage truly helps me to feel like my best self physically. It is like a reset button for the body. Bodywork makes such a difference for me and I want to be able to offer that to others.
